Rules & Regulations
Welcome and thank you for choosing YeorobunGoods for your kpop needs! These are just a few rules and regulations that I have for the ordering process with me.
First, please be respectful and understanding that the GOMs have lives and work outside of orders. While we work hard to build and maintain your trust and support, there are times in which we have other things to attend to outside of orders.
We try to keep you updated as much as possible and I ask that you make sure you are following @YeorobunGoods on Twitter to stay as informed as possible. You may also check the masterlist for the items and their expected shipping dates, and which orders have recently been shipped out. Most recent orders will always be listed at the top of the form.
Second, please understand that we are people, not machines. We may not always be able to fulfill all requests and get all items, especially for concert MD goods but we do everything in our ability to get them before we give up, ranging from buying off others in line to searching on Twitter and Bunjang. Typically, concert goods require lining up for hours and in all weather conditions. Health and safety are out priority, and if we are unable to fulfill the order, we will refund accordingly.
Third, if you have any issues with your order, please notify me immediately. Sometimes I may not reply right away, but I do my best to stay on top and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. It is my goal to ensure the best level of service that I can. My DMs are always open on Twitter and be sure to include the following:
-Paypal Name/Shipping Name
-Twitter Handle (especially if you change it)
Payments and Shipping
Prices are always listed in USD. Payment forms accepted are Paypal, Square and Korean bank transfer, for the time being.
For Paypal, I only accept Goods and Services, and there is a 5% fee to cover the fee charged by Paypal. Failure to make a payment will result in your order being canceled.
Please make sure that your Paypal name matches the name and address you provide. I cannot ship to a different address than the one you have provided. I will not be shipping to any K-forwarding addresses.
My prices include a base fee, typically between $4-8 per item. This is to cover conversion fees from USD to KRW, international fees for using debit/credit card abroad and ATM/withdrawal fees. It also includes covering time spent in queues and waiting for you.
Shipping fees include the cost itself and are typically rounded up $1 to cover shipping materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and tape. I am not responsible for damages or loses in the shipping process, and always provide tracking for the items you order.
All orders must select a shipping option at check-out, unless the item specifically says to select "Send Invoice." Even if you have a previous order, any new orders must still select shipping as it may not be possible to combine in the order or manner you expect. Failure to select the appropriate order at checkout will result in your order being cancelled and refunded and you will have to resubmit it.
Concert MD/Goods Orders
Please verify that everything you submit on pre-orders and concert MD is correct. This includes a full shipping address.
-Name as it appears for Shipping
-House/Building Number and Street
-Country/ Postal Code
If any of this information is incorrect or missing, it will result in a delay in your shipping and possibly additional fees if an item is returned due to an incorrect address provided. I am not responsible for returned mail for an error made during submission.
Typically, I will not send email confirmations for orders unless there is a problem. If you submitted payment and completed the form appropriately, you will received a message on the screen that should say along the lines of “Thank you for joining!/Be sure to send payment/Your request has been submitted/etc!”
All payments are final and no refunds will be given after items have been purchased. There will be a fee for canceling an order after the deadline or acquiring items.
Payment MUST be submitted before or immediately after completing the forms. There are no holds or pending payments and failure to send payment will result in your order being canceled without warning.
Album Order Rules
Albums are always purchased through direct companies in Korea. All albums count towards Hanteo and Gaon charts, as they are typically bought during the fansign process.
If you are joining an album order, please remember that this process takes time. From the release date, it can be anywhere between 1-2 months before we can ship the albums. This is especially true of NCT albums, as we spend time to trade and get the cards you are requesting.
Because of this time and process, we do offer a larger discount in exchange for the time being spent on trading and shipping. If you are unable to be patient during this process, please consider other suppliers for your needs.
Fan Sign Rules
With some groups, I will try to offer fan sign slots. What are fan sign slots?
They are basically when you purchased a signed page from a member of a group and a set number of albums. The number of albums and the price you pay is usually based on how many were required to get into the fan sign.
Fan signs are a random lottery drawing for anywhere between 100-200 people. Every album purchased from the designated store and in the designated period is an entry. With more popular groups, these albums can range anywhere from 10 to 40, or even 80-100 albums per fan sign attempt. As it is a lottery, there is NO GUARANTEE that someone will get in and in the event that the hosts so do not get in, there are no refunds since the albums would have already been purchased. You will get additional albums and goods in exchange for the difference and priority on the next fan sign if the host attempts a second.
With fan signs, it is not always possible to guarantee that the artist will sign your name and most companies do not allow additional names or post-its in the album. I have had some success with getting other names but I never force or pressure the idols into signing it and again, it’s not always a guarantee.
Refunds and Order Cancellations
Upon submitting payment, you agree to purchase the items you’ve selected. All payments are final and if you decide to cancel the order, you will receive a partial refund of your payment.
The refund amount will be 75% of the total you paid.
For nonpayment of shipping costs, your item will not be shipped and you will not receive a refund. You must pay for the shipping within the time period posted, typically within 5-7 days of receiving the email, unless otherwise specified.
Emails are sent in 3 stages – initial shipping notice, mid-week reminder, and final 24 hour notice. Please make sure that your emails are set up to receive emails from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prior to opening a claim on Paypal, please send an email or DM on Twitter. I understand that we are all human and things happen, and I am willing to work with you to resolve issues.
If your package is returned due to no fault or error on my part, such as unclaimed packages at your local post office, you will not receive a refund. If you wish to still receive your item, you must pay for shipping again.
Typically, your local post office will hold your items for up to 60 days, so once a package is shipped, it is your responsibility to track it’s location. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail after packing and shipping.
